Information for Graduation 2020

2 pm at Proctor's Theatre

Cap and Gowns

If you are planning to attend Commencement, on Thursday, May 21st 2020 at 2pm, at Proctors Theatre, you must come to the College Store, fill out a Cap and Gown order form. The Student Government Association will cover the cost for the cap and gown package this year, however, a Late fee of $15 will still be charged if your order is placed after March 13^th.

SUNY Schenectady GRADUATION INFORMATION

Orders can be placed anytime during regular College Store hours. After March 13th, an additional $15 late fee will be charged and no orders will be accepted after May 13th. Caps and gowns may be picked up in the College Store between May 11th and May 20th, please bring your SUNY Schenectady Student Photo ID with you when you come to pick up your cap & gown.

Each Cap & Gown order will include 4 Tickets and 4 Invitations. Additional Tickets and Invitations will be available on a first come, first serve basis May 18th - 20th.

Faculty/Staff

All Faculty/Staff required to attend graduation must fill out a Faculty-Staff Regalia order form.

Faculty/Staff Regalia will be available for pick up, in the College Store, beginning May 4th. All Faculty/Staff must return their Regalia to the College Store, between Friday, May 22nd and Friday May 29th, 9am to 2pm. NEW FACULTY MEMBERS or current Faculty requiring change to their previous order must fill out a Cap and Gown order form before March 13th.

DELHI STUDENTS -

All Delhi students who have met graduation requirements, are eligible to attend SUNY Schenectady's Commencement Exercises. You should follow the link below to order your Delhi Regalia and contact Beth O'Reilly oreilleg@delhi.edu to acknowledge you are attending and receive instructions for attending the ceremony.
