Economy: Delivered in up to 10 business days. At $6.99, it's the only option eligible for Free Shipping when a customer spends $75 or more online.

Standard (Fast): When we say "Fast", we mean it! Delivered in 3-5 business days through USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground Shipping.

FedEx 2-Day: Orders placed before 5pm Eastern Time will be delivered within two business days.

FedEx Overnight: Orders placed before 3pm Eastern Time will be delivered on the next business day.

*Tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as the order is shipped. Out of stock items will NOT be back-ordered for later shipping.

**All orders $150 & Up will require signature. Please make sure someone will be at the shipping address to sign for the package.

***DuBois cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere outside the U.S. Entering a P.O. Box or overseas address will cause a delay in shipping, and may cause your order to be cancelled if we cannot obtain an alternate address.

Pick Up In Store

Orders marked as Pick Up In Store will be available the next business day at 12pm.  You will not receive an automatic notification that the order is ready.

Returns

Refunds and exchanges must be postmarked/mailed within 30 days of the purchase date and have tags attached, along with the original paperwork. All clothing returns must be unworn, unwashed, odorless, and in saleable condition. Dated, championship, and event merchandise is not exchangeable or refundable. (Includes white-out, black-out, Ring of Red, etc.) The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all refunds/exchanges.
